【Abstract】 Foundation of advancement of international medical education and research(FAIMER) institute is a fellowship program for international health professions educators who have demonstrated the potential to play a key role in improving health professions education in different country. The program provides some enlightenment for faculty development in China, such as projected based training program, community of practice and mentorship, activity designing of the workshops, and faculty developing during training program.更多还原
