【摘要】 目的:评价在急诊科住培医师中运用SEED-T课程进行创伤情景模拟教学的效果并总结经验。方法:回顾2017年10月至2019年9月接受急诊科规范化培训的住院医师,对比各年级学员课程前后测试成绩的差异。结果:各级学员课后测试成绩均有提高。其中一年级学员提高更为明显。结论:在急诊科住培工作中运用SEED-T课程进行创伤情景模拟教学是有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect and summarize the experience of using SEED-T course in trauma scene simulation teaching among residents in emergency department.Methods: The residents who received the standardized training in emergency department from October 2017 to September 2019 were reviewed, and the differences of test scores pre-and post-the course were compared.Results: test scores of students at all grades were improved.The improvement of the first grade students was more obvious.Conclusion: It is effective to use SEED-T course in trauma teaching in emergency department.更多还原
