【摘要】 目的:探讨五年制临床医学生对OSCE考核过程采用SP模式进行病史采集考试改革的适应程度,以期加强病史采集能力。方法:通过考前强化培训,采用OSCE多站式考核方式,考核并统计海口地区2012级五年制临床医学本科182名学生的成绩。结果:通过SP模式强化培训,学生的临床技能掌握程度良好。结论:病史采集技能是医学生实习过程中需重点掌握技能之一,通过强化培训,有助于促进其技巧的掌握。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the adaptability of five-year clinical medical students to adopt SP mode in the reform of medical history collection examination in OSCE assessment process, so as to strengthen the ability of medical history collection. Methods: 182 students of grade 2012 five-year clinical medicine in Haikou district were assessed and counted through intensive training before examination and OSCE multi station examination. Results: through the SP mode of intensive training, the students have a good grasp of clinical skills. Conclusion: the skill of medical history collection is one of the most important skills for medical students in the process of practice.更多还原
