【摘要】 目的建立HPLC法同时测定复方龙脉宁中葛根素、大豆苷、阿魏酸、芦丁、洋川芎内酯Ⅰ、大豆苷元、高良姜素的含量。方法采用Thermo C₁₈柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,以甲醇-0.4%磷酸水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速0.8 mL·min-¹,柱温30℃,检测波长270 nm。结果 7种成分在各自浓度范围内均呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.9990,精密度、重复性、稳定性良好,平均加样回收率在95.3%～104.0%。结论 HPLC法快速、准确、简便、重复性较好,可作为复方龙脉宁的质量控制方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of puerarin,daidzein,ferulic acid,rutin,ligustilideⅠ,daidzein and galangin in compound Longmaining.Methods Thermo C₁₈ column （250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used for separation with gradient elution of methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid water as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-¹.The column temperature was 30℃ and the detection wavelength was 270 nm.Results The correlation coefficients of the 7 components were greater than 0.9990.The precision,repeatability and stability of the samples were good.The average recoveries were at 95.3%～104.0%.Conclusion The method is rapid,simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of compound Longmaining.更多还原
