【Abstract】 Lignans and neolignans are secondary metabolites derived from the oxidative dimerization of two phenylpropanoids units with extensive pharmacological activities.This review covered the application of circular dichroism in the determination of absolute configuration of lignans and neolignans in the past decade,such as furofuran lignans,aryltetralin lignans,dibenzocyclooctane lignans,dibenzylbutyrolactone lignans,dihydrobenzofuran lignans,and 8-O-4’ neolignans and provided reference for further configuration of them.更多还原
