【摘要】 研究低碳农业生态补偿的发展进程,为解决农业生产过程中产生的外部性问题,实现农业生态环境可持续发展提供建议。沿用文献回顾、归纳总结的定性研究思路,介绍低碳农业和农业生态补偿提出背景及发展历程;并采用归纳描述法,从低碳农业生态补偿理论基础、核算标准和政策评估等方面对低碳农业生态补偿研究进展进行梳理,总结了国内外低碳农业生态补偿的相关理论研究和发展动态。国内低碳农业生态补偿取得了一定的研究成果,但还存在很多不足。低碳农业生态补偿的重点和难点是生态补偿标准核算和生态补偿政策实施绩效评估,且未来研究应朝向市场化和多元化方向发展,从而推动低碳农业生产补偿理论,并为各地政府制定或完善低碳农业生态补偿制度体系提供理论借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the development process of low-carbon agricultural ecological compensation,and to provide Suggestions for solving the externalities in agricultural production and realizing the sustainable development of agricultural ecological environment.Following the qualitative research thinking of literature review and summary,the background and development history of low-carbon agriculture and agro-ecological compensation were introduced.In addition,the research progress of low-carbon agricultural ecological compensation was summarized from the theoretical basis,accounting standards and policy evaluation of low-carbon agricultural ecological compensation by inductive description method,and the relevant theoretical research and development trends of low-carbon agricultural ecological compensation at home and abroad were summarized.Some research achievements have been made on the low carbon agricultural ecological compensation in China,but there are still many deficiencies.The emphasis and difficulty in low carbon agricultural ecological compensation is the ecological compensation standard accounting and ecological compensation policy implementation of performance evaluation,and the future research should be towards marketization and diversification direction,so as to promote low-carbon compensation theory of agricultural production,and for local governments to develop or improve low carbon agricultural ecological compensation system to provide theoretical reference.更多还原
