望天鹅保护区天然朝鲜崖柏种群年龄结构及更新特征

【摘要】 采用典型样地法实地调查望天鹅保护区天然朝鲜崖柏(Thuja koraiensis Nakai)种群,分析种群年龄结构、更新方式,以及幼苗、幼树高生长规律及土壤种子库特征.结果表明:朝鲜崖柏种群为增长型,总枯死率7.64%;幼苗、幼树(DBH<3 cm)株数占比最大(84.14%),枯死率最低(2.02%),第7、8径级(DBH≥15 cm)植株占比最小(2.67%),枯死率高达35.29%.种群更新方式为萌生更新,更新密度为3 844株/hm~2;萌生苗高生长呈快—慢—快的规律.土壤种子库平均种子密度为102粒/m~2,无种子转化成苗木.水平分布上,种子密度南>东>西>北,并且随与结实树树干距离的增加而减小,但均无显著差异;垂直分布上,种子密度凋落物层>0~2 cm土层>2~4 cm土层,呈极显著差异.土壤种子库中腐烂种子、空粒种子和完好种子占总数的比例分别为42.17%、40.56%和17.27%,所有种子无活力,为瞬时种子库.自然条件下,朝鲜崖柏种子繁殖困难,存在严重的实生更新障碍.

【Abstract】 A field investigation on the natural Thuja koraiensis Nakai population in Swan-watching Nature Reserve was carried out,the typical sample method,the population age structure,renewal method,height growth rhythm of seedlings and young trees and characteristics of soil seed bank were analyzed. The results showed that the population of T.koraiensis was growing,the total mortality was 7.64%; The number of seedlings and young trees (DBH <3 cm) had the largest proportion with 84.14%,the lowest mortality with 2.02%,the seventh and eighth diameter (DBH≥15 cm) plants had the smallest proportion with 2.67% and the mortality was as high as 35.29%.The population renewal method was germination regeneration,the renewal density was 3 844 plants per hectare; The height growth of sprouted plants showed a fast-slow-fast rhythm.The average seed density of the soil seed bank was 102 seeds per square meter,and seedless transformed into seedlings; In horizontal distribution,the seed density from big to small was south,east,west and north.The seed density decreased with the increasing of the distance from the trunk of fruit tree,and there was no significant difference in density. In the vertical distribution,the seed density from big to small was litter layer,0 ~ 2 cm and 2 ~ 4 cm soil layer,and showed a very significant difference.The percentage of rotten seeds,empty seeds and intact seeds in the soil seed bank were 42.17%,40.56% and 17.27% respectively,and all seeds were inactive,which was an instantaneous seed bank.Under natural conditions,the seed of T. koraiensis was difficult to reproduce by and were serious obstacles of seed regeneration.
