【摘要】 目的探讨并分析患龋严重程度与龋活跃性的关系.方法对534名南京市小学一年级儿童进行口腔检查,并随机抽取117名儿童进行龋活跃性检测.结果 534名小学一年级儿童乳牙患龋率和龋均分别为64.04%和2.70,龋齿充填构成比为19.66%.龋活跃性检测值在各个分度间患龋率和龋均比较差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05),龋活跃性与患龋率和龋均呈高度正相关.结论龋活跃性检测能够真实反映患龋现状,有助于筛选龋高危易感人群,为龋病高危易感人群的个性化防治提供依据.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the relationship between the caries prevalence and caries activity.Method 534 students of first grade in primary school were performed oral examination,117 children were randomly selected and conducted caries activity test. Results The caries prevalence was 64.04%,and the mean dmft was 2. 70. The filled rate of primary tooth was 19. 66%. There were significant difference in caries prevalence and the mean dmft among caries activity test scores.Positive relationship between the cariostat scores and the caries prevalence and mean dmft was found.Conclusion Caries activity test is valuable in detection of caries susceptible population and develops a personalized preventive health care program for children.更多还原
