3种叶色型拧筋槭叶片生理特性比较

【摘要】 以3种不同叶色型(红色型、暗红色型、黄色型)拧筋槭为研究对象,测定叶片中花色素苷含量、光合色素含量、可溶性糖含量、pH等生理指标,通过方差分析、多重比较、相关分析等分析影响拧筋槭叶片颜色形成的内在因素.结果显示:不同叶色型拧筋槭间叶片各生理指标均存在极显著差异.3种色型中,红色型叶片花色素苷含量最高,暗红色型光合色素含量较高;不同色型叶片间叶绿素a与叶绿素b在色素组成中所占比例较为稳定,变化范围相对较小,分别在13%~18%和24%~28%窄幅变化,而花色素苷与类胡萝卜素占比变化范围较大,分别在7%~24%和36%~52%.花色素苷与类胡萝卜素在色素组成中所占比例对拧筋槭叶片颜色的形成具有重要作用.花色素苷与叶绿素b、电导率、pH存在极显著正相关关系,与类胡萝卜素和可溶性糖表现为微弱负相关,相关性未达到显著水平.

【Abstract】 Taking three leaf color types(red,deep red,yellow) of Acer triflorum as the research objects,the content of anthocyanidin,photosynthetic pigments and soluble sugar,and pH of leaf were measured. Internal factors which influenced the formation of leaf colour were analyzed by methods of variation,multiple comparison and correlation analysis. The result showed that there were significant differences in physiological traits among three leaf colour types. Anthocyanin content in red color leaves was the highest,the content of photosynthetic pigments in deep red color leaves was higher than others.The proportion of chlorophyll-a and chlorophyll-b in the pigments was relatively stable among the leaves of different color types,and the variation range was relatively small,ranged from 13% to 18% and from 24% to 28%,respectively. The proportion of anthocyanins and carotenoids varied greatly,ranged from 7% to 24% and from 36% to 52%,respectively. The proportion of anthocyanins and carotenoids in the pigment composition plays an important role in the formation of leaf color of Acer triflorum.The anthocyanins had positively correlation with chlorophyll-b,conductivity and pH,and slightly negatively correlated with carotenoids and soluble sugar,the correlation between anthocyanins and carotenoids was not significant.
