【摘要】 目的观察分析涤痰逐瘀方治疗老年慢性盆腔炎(PID)患者的临床疗效。方法将老年PID患者80例随机分为两组,治疗组40例口服中药治疗,对照组40例口服妇可靖胶囊,观察两组免疫功能变化、中医证候评分和临床综合疗效。结果治疗后,两组血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgM、IgG水平均较治疗前明显上升(P<0.001),且治疗组均明显高于对照组(P<0.001);两组CD4~+、CD8~+和CD4~+/CD8~+水平均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05),且治疗组均明显高于对照组(P<0.001);两组中医证候评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.001),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.001);依据综合疗效评价,治疗组痊愈率明显高于对照组(P=0.04),总有效率明显优于对照组(P=0.03)。结论涤痰逐瘀方在治疗老年PID患者中能够显著提高患者的免疫力,临床疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of "DitanZhuyu" prescription in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 80 elderly patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups, 40 patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine, and 40 patients in the control group were treated with Fukejing capsules. The changes in immune function, TCM syndrome score and comprehensive clinical efficacy were observed. Results After treatment, the serum IgA, IgM, and IgG levels of two groups increased significantly(P<0.001), and the serum IgA, IgM, and IgG levels of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.001). The levels of CD4~+, CD8~+ and CD4~+/CD8~+ in treatment group were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the levels of CD4~+, CD8~+ and CD4~+/CD8~+ in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.001). After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.001), and TCM syndrome score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group(9.95±2.58 vs 16.32±2.53, t=-11.15, P<0.001). According to the comprehensive efficacy evaluation, the recovered rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(35.00% vs 15.00%, χ~2=4.27, P=0.04), and the total effective rate was significantly better than that of control group(92.50% vs 75.00%, χ~2=4.50, P=0.03).Conclusions The "eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis" prescription could significantly improve the immunity of elderly patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, with significant clinical efficacy and clinical promotion value.更多还原
