带喷射器的CO2汽车空调系统性能研究
Experimental Investigation on CO2 Automotive Air-conditioning System with Ejector
【摘要】 本文对CO2汽车空调系统进行了研究,分析对比了CO2喷射系统和CO2常规系统的性能,研究喷射系统对于提高CO2空调系统性能能效的影响,包括高压工况下的系统能效对比、喷射器喉部尺寸的影响以及充注量的影响。结果表明:在高压11.3 MPa工况下,带喷射器的CO2系统能够提高6.6%的制冷量,性能系数(Coefficient of Performance,COP)可提升6.1%,在满足相同制冷量的情况下,COP甚至可以提高13.9%;实验中喷射器喉部直径分别为1.00、1.08和1.20 mm,随着喉部直径的减小,COP先增大再减小,当喉部尺寸为1.08 mm时,COP最高,达到1.6;在蒸发器部分带液时,随着充注量的增加,喷射器单体效率先下降后上升。
【Abstract】 The CO2 automotive air-conditioning system is studied in this paper. The performance of the CO2 ejector system and the conventional CO2 system is analyzed and compared, and the influence of the ejector system on the improvement of the performance and energy efficiency of the CO2 air-conditioning system is investigated, including the comparison of the energy efficiency of the system under high-pressure conditions, the influence of the ejector throat size and the influence of the ejector volume. It is found that at 11.3 MPa, the CO2 system with ejectors can increase the cooling capacity by 6.6% and the coefficient of performance(COP) can be increased by 6.1%. In the case of the same cooling capacity, the COP can even be improved by 13.9%. The injector throat diameters of 1.00 mm, 1.08 mm and 1.20 mm are used in the experiment and it is found that the COP initially increased and then decreased as the throat diameter decreased. At the throat size of 1.08 mm, the COP is highest, reaching 1.6. In the evaporator section with liquid, the efficiency of the injector unit decreased and then increased with the increase of the ejection volume.
