准二级压缩热泵干燥系统特性分析

【摘要】 传统热泵干燥机在低温环境中存在压缩机排气温度过高、制热性能系数(COPh)较低等问题,影响系统正常运行。本文针对半封闭式热泵干燥机,建立了空气处理流程与准二级压缩热泵系统耦合方案,建模分析了基于准二级压缩的过冷器和闪发器两种热泵系统流程的性能。结果表明:与传统热泵系统相比,两种准二级压缩热泵系统均能降低压缩机排气温度;在冷凝温度为50℃,蒸发温度为-25~0℃工况下,过冷器系统制热性能系数提高了5.0%~7.1%,闪发器系统制热性能系数提高了2.3%~6.6%,为新型热泵干燥机开发提供依据。

【Abstract】 Conventional heat pump dryers have problems such as high discharge temperature of the compressor and low heating coefficient of performance(COPh) at low ambient temperatures, which affects the stable operation of the system. For the semi-hermetic heat pump dryer, coupling scheme combined the air treatment process and the quasi-secondary compression heat pump system is analyzed. The performance of two types of heat pump systems based on the quasi-secondary compression subcooler and flash tank is modeled and analyzed. The results show that, compared with the traditional heat pump system, the discharge temperature of the compressor in the two types of quasi-two-stage compression heat pump systems are both reduced; the heating COPh of the subcooler system is increased by 5.1%-7.2%, and the heating COPs of the subcooler system is rised by 2.3% to 6.6%, at the condition of condensing temperature at 50 ℃, evaporation temperature at-25-0 ℃, which provides the guidance for development of novel heat pump dryers.
