【摘要】 目的调查在新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情期间隔离病区护士的社会支持现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法选取山西省12所医院在武汉隔离病区支援的130名护士为研究对象,采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)评估护士社会支持现状,比较不同人群SSRS得分情况。结果护士的SSRS总分(49.32±8.16)分,主观支持得分(28.50±3.55)分,客观支持得分(11.56±4.57)分,支持利用度得分(9.25±2.10)分。年龄≤24岁组、大专学历组、工作年限1～5年组、未婚组、无子女组、无急诊科或ICU工作经历组、无重大疫情一线工作经历组护士SSRS得分较低于其他组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);多重线性逐步回归分析显示,婚姻是SSRS总分的主要影响因素(β=5.416,P<0.05)。结论有相关工作经历的COVID-19隔离病区护士能获得更多亲友和同事的支持。未婚护士各方面的SSRS得分均较低,应予以关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the social support status and influencing factors among nurses working in isolation ward of the Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19). Methods A cross-sectional study on social support was conducted among 130 nurses from 12 hospitals of Shanxi Province who worked in isolation wards in Hubei province during COVID-19 epidemic. The social support status was assessed with Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS), and the related factors were analyzed by SPSS 24.0.Results The total score of SSRS was(49.32±8.16), the scores of subjective support, objective support, and support utilization were(28.50±3.55),(11.56±4.57), and(9.25±2.10) respectively. As compared with other groups, nurses who were younger than24 years old, unmarried, without children, with associate degree, had worked for 1 to 5 years, and without relevant working experience, had lower scores(all P<0.05). Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis revealed that marital status was independent influencing factor of SSRS(β=5.416, P<0.05). Conclusion Nurses working in isolation wards of COVID-19 with relevant work experience can get more support from friends, relatives and colleagues. Unmarried nurses have low SSRS in all aspects and more concerns should be given to them.更多还原
