基于竞争失效的数控机床可靠性建模

【摘要】 数控机床故障是多故障模式竞争的结果。故假设各故障模式相互独立且服从威布尔分布,当某一系统故障模式出现时,其他系统故障模式数据按照截尾数据处理,然后用Johnson法对该故障模式故障顺序修正,据此进行该故障模式可靠性模型参数估计和拟合性检验,考虑故障模式竞争性,得出了一种基于竞争失效模式分析的可靠性评估模型。最后,以6台某系列数控机床20个故障数据为例对该方法进行验证,说明了该方法的有效性和可行性。

【Abstract】 The failure of CNC machine tool is the result of multi failure mode competition. Therefore,this paper assumes that the failure modes are independent of each other and obey Weibull distribution. When a system failure mode appears,other system fault mode data are processed in accordance with the truncated data.Then the average rank time method is used to correct the fault sequence of the fault mode. On this basis,the parameter estimation and fitting test of the reliability model of the fault model are carried out. Considering the competitiveness of the failure mode,a reliability evaluation model based on the analysis of competitive failure mode is obtained. Finally,the validity and feasibility of the method are verified by taking 20 fault data of 6 series of CNC machine tools as an example.
