【Abstract】 The appropriate punishment behavior of preschool teachers,especially the positive punishment behavior,can effectively intervene the wrong or improper behavior of children,produce the positive education effect,promote the social development of children and the cultivation of good personality.Preschool teachers’ positive punishment behaviors can be divided into general positive punishment,deprivation positive punishment,imposition of positive punishment and positive psychological punishment,etc.Children will show positive acceptance,neutrality and negative resistance and other behaviors.Preschool teachers should pay attention to strategies in the implementation of positive punishment behaviors.They should have targeted time,fit children’s unique personality,pay attention to equal dialogue with children,combine with other education methods,and respond to parents in a timely manner.更多还原
