【摘要】 糖尿病和腰椎间盘退变相关疾患是临床常见病多发病,两者的相互关系逐渐引起了脊柱外科医生的兴趣。本文从糖尿病和椎间盘退变的基础及临床多个方面论述两者关系的最新研究进展。椎间盘退变是多因素共同作用导致的结果,糖尿病可能是椎间盘退变相关疾患发病的危险因素之一。基础研究的进展仍未阐明潜在的机制,临床观察的结论也并不统一。正确认识糖尿病和椎间盘退变疾病之间的复杂关系,探讨糖尿病引起或加速椎间盘退变的机制,对椎间盘退变相关疾病的治疗、康复和并发症预防具有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Diabetes mellitus and lumbar disc degeneration related diseases are common in clinical practice, and the relationship gradually aroused the interest of spine surgeons. Therefore, the research progress on this issue was reviewed from basic to clinical research in this paper. Diabetes mellitus may be one of the risk factors of disc degeneration related diseases, although the underlying mechanisms remains unclear and the conclusions of clinical observations are not uniform. Correctly understanding the complex relationship between diabetes mellitus and disc degeneration and exploring the mechanism of diabetes induced or accelerated disc degeneration have important clinical significance for the treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention of complications of disc degeneration related diseases.更多还原
