车用复合材料板簧的性能测试方法研究
Research on Progress of Automobile Composite Leaf Spring Property Test Method
【摘要】 纤维增强复合材料板簧作为汽车轻量化新材料已经成为研究的热点之一。对其进行性能测试研究,保证板簧可靠性和行车安全性尤为重要。本文主要介绍了复合材料板簧的有限元分析,台架实验、耐环境性能测试及装车试验。最后,还对复合材料板簧测试方法研究的发展方向给出了合理建议。
【Abstract】 As a new lightweight material,fiber reinforced composite leaf spring has become one of the research hotspots.It is very important to study the performance detection method of the leaf spring to ensure the reliability and driving safety.The finite element analysis,environmental performance test,bench test and road test method of leaf spring were mainly introduced.Additionally,the development trend of test method research on leaf spring were pointed out.
