【Abstract】 In recent years, the ortho-C-H functionalization reaction of aryl hypervalent iodine had become a research hotspot. By reviewing the literature on the coupling reaction of valent iodine with propargyl silane or α-stannyl nitrile, by analyzing and inducting, the coupling reaction of iodine with propargyl silane or α-stannyl nitrile was thoroughly discussed and studied. The unique mechanism of this type of reaction and the derivatization of the reaction were explained in details. With the development of hypervalent iodine chemistry, hypervalent iodine involved the [3,3]-rearrangement reaction model would have very important guiding significance for the [3,3]-rearrangement field.更多还原
