【摘要】 为了在实现河流治理核心目标的同时更好地提升地方特性、促进产业融合、节约建设成本,在河流治理工程中考虑旅游要素的植入.在探讨旅游要素植入内涵的基础上,结合小型河流治理过程中的工程措施,考虑未来旅游开发的可能,采用"工程+旅游"的融合发展思路,在坚持统筹兼顾、因地制宜、共建共享、景观美学等原则下,从点-线-面的空间结构,提出码头、桥梁、堰坝、堤坝、村庄、田园等水利建设工程中植入旅游基本要素或服务设施的方式和方法,为相关部门提供决策依据.以金华梅溪为例,按照旅游要素植入标准和原则,具体分析其河流治理中堰坝、堤坝、田园的旅游要素植入,为其他小型河流治理提供新的思路.更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to better improve the local characteristics, promote industrial integration and save construction costs while realizing the core goal of river management, the implantation of tourism elements was considered in samll river governance projects. It was explored the connotation of tourism element implantation, combined engineering measures in the process of small river harnessing, considered the possibility of future tourism development, adopted the idea of "engineering + tourism" integrated development, adhered to the principles of overall planning, adapted to local conditions, builds and shares, and landscape aesthetics. And from the point-line-area spatial structure, the ways and methods of inserting tourism basic elements or service facilities into water conservancy construction projects such as wharfs, bridges, dams, embankments, villages and pastoral areas were also proposed to provide decision-making basis for relevant departments. Taking Jinhua Meixi as an example, according to the criteria and principles of tourism element embedding, the analysis of the tourism elements of the dam, embankment and pastoral in river management was analyzed to provide new ideas for the management of other small rivers.更多还原
