防洪排涝水泵机组健康监测系统的建立与开发

【摘要】 针对当前防洪排涝水泵机组缺乏有效监测与维护,故障隐患较大的问题,提出基于水泵机组的故障预测与健康管理(PHM)理念,介绍了水泵机组PHM系统的基本架构,包括数据采集与处理系统、状态监测、健康评估、故障预测等,并认为系统建立的关键性技术是诊断专家系统的设计开发,具体包括知识库的建立以及推理机的设计等,进一步据此给出了故障模糊推理案例,为水泵机组状态监测与维修提供支持。

【Abstract】 Nowadays the pump units for flood control and drainage are lack of effective detection and maintenance, leaving hidden troubles. A concept of prognostic and health management(PHM) system was come up, aiming to solve those problems. The basic structure of PHM system was introduced, including data acquisition and processing system and condition monitoring system for health assessment and failure prediction, which is the key technologies for the design and development of diagnostic expert system, including the establishment of knowledge base and the design of reasoning machine. Acase of fault fuzzy reasoning is also offered. The system provides supports for the detection and maintenance of pump unit.
