【Abstract】 Effective governance is the soul and core of rural governance. "One Visit at Most" to the countryside deepens the government’s self-revolution. Rural government should take it in effective governance practice. The revolution in rural governance practice is in the stage of functional diffusion and synthesis coordination nowadays. We should not only study on its logic to improve the basic national governance capacity in rural areas from the perspective of effective governance, but also study on strong relation governance to make the change of material-based instrumental governance to community-based relationship governance which promotes rural effective governance.更多还原
