【摘要】 随着科技持续高速发展,高等教育对人才培养和技术进步的推动作用越来越明显,"新工科"建设对于地方高校工程技术人才的培养作用越来越重要。以河北北方学院新能源科学与工程专业为例,从更新培养目标理念、优化新工科专业课程体系、构建协同育人机制和融合专业发展方向等方面对专业人才培养路径进行了探索与实践,达到了凝练专业特色、提高地方高校"新工科"人才培养质量和为未来经济发展提供人才支撑的目的,也为其他地方高校"新工科"人才培养提供了参考和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous and rapid development of science and technology,the role of higher education in promoting talent training and technological progress has become more and more obvious,and the construction of"new engineering discipline"is becoming more and more important to the cultivation of engineering talents in colleges and universities.Taking the major of new energy science and engineering of Hebei North University as an example,the paper makes an exploration of the training path of professional talents from the aspects of the updating of the concept of training objectives,the optimization of the curriculum system of majors of new engineering discipline,the construction of a collaborative education mechanism,and the integration of professional development directions,achieving the goal of condensing professional characteristics,improving the quality of the training of talents of new engineering discipline in local colleges and universities,and providing talent support for future economic development.更多还原
