【摘要】 目前,我国经历过心肺复苏(CPR)培训合格的公民不到全国人口的1%(美国为33%,法国为40%,德国为80%),主要原因之一是社会急救培训导师队伍严重不足,且缺乏固定的培训机构、统一的培训模式和完善的管理机制。针对上述情况,深圳市宝安区于2017年成立宝安区应急医疗救援培训中心,通过制定《社会急救培训导师管理办法》,明确培训工作任务和目标,建立组织体系,依托专业机构,以全区医务人员为主力军,在各公立医院对院内全员急救技能培训的基础上,举办了7期社会急救培训导师初选班,27期社会急救培训导师强化培训班,建立1331人的社会急救培训导师队伍。为深圳市宝安区创建"政府主导、部门协同、专业(家)指引、社会参与"的全覆盖社会急救培训体系(即"宝安模式")奠定了坚实基础。现将深圳市宝安区在社会急救培训过程中对培训导师的遴选与管理的实践进行分享,供同行参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,less than 1% of China’s population(33% in the United States,40% in France and 80% in Germany) has experienced cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) training.One of the main reasons is the serious shortage of social emergency training instructors,and the lack of fixed training institutions,unified training model and perfect management mechanism.In response to the above situation,Bao’an District of Shenzhen established Bao’an emergency medical rescue training center in2017.By the formulation of management measures for social emergency training instructors,the training tasks and objectives are defined,the organizational system is established,and professional institutions are relied on to ensure the safety of the training.Based on the first-aid skills training of all staff in the public hospitals in Bao’an district,the district medical staff are the main force,7 primary classes of social first-aid trainers,27 intensive classes of social first-aid trainers and 1331 social first-aid trainers are held.It has laid a solid foundation for Bao’an district to establish a full coverage social emergency training system("Bao’an model")with "government leadership,department coordination,professional guidance and social participation".Now we will share the selection and management of trainers in Bao’an district in the process of social first-aid training for peer reference.更多还原
