工业废蛋白用于灵菌红素的发酵工艺优化

【摘要】 为了加快灵菌红素工业化进程,采用单因素和正交实验,考察了利用工业废蛋白代替蛋白胨作为氮源的可能性.研究结果表明:在工业废蛋白代替蛋白胨的前提下,脯氨酸、乙酸钠、硫酸锰和二甲基亚砜4个因素中,硫酸锰对灵菌红素产量影响最大.采用含有工业废蛋白的优化培养基进行灵菌红素的发酵,灵菌红素产量可达5.91 g/L,相较优化前提高了31%,而每升培养基的成本相较优化前降低了44%.该研究表明,工业废蛋白可替代蛋白胨进行灵菌红素生产,大大降低了灵菌红素的生产成本,加快了其应用开发进程.

【Abstract】 In order to accelerate the industrialization process of prodigiosin, single-factor and orthogonal experiments are used to explore the possibility of using the proteins from industrial waste to replace peptone as the nitrogen source. The results show that the replacement is feasible and manganese sulfate has the greatest effect on the yield of prodigiosin among the four factors of proline, sodium acetate, manganese sulfate, and dimethyl sulfoxide. By using the optimized medium that contains the proteins from industrial waste for prodigiosin, the yield of prodigiosin can reach 5.91 g/L, increasing 31 %, while the cost of medium per liter reduces 44 %. This study show that the proteins from industrial waste can replace peptone to produce prodigiosin, which will greatly reduce the production cost and accelerate the development of the application of prodigiosin.
