【摘要】 知识产权是一门涉及范围广、实践教学要求高的课程,疫情期间在线教学对知识产权法学教学有了更高的要求。通过线上教学,在教学内容上,可以增加新内容、新案例,使课堂教学内容与社会实践变化一致;在教学模式上,可以通过增加课程讨论环节加强与学生的互动,改善教学效果,而讨论环节的增加需要师生在课前阅读、课后练习等方面做更多的准备;并且在教学中不忘渗透思政教育,使学生在知识学习中树立正确的世界观和家国情怀,运用知识为社会服务。更多还原
