基于多粒度特征模型的云制造业务流程定制方法

【摘要】 云制造模式下,通过对制造业务流程虚拟化和服务化可以实现跨组织的资源整合。企业通过云制造平台定制个性化的业务流程,构建和管理在线制造业务系统。然而,当前云制造业务流程定制难以满足用户功能层次的多样性需求。因此,提出了一种基于多粒度特征模型的云制造业务流程定制方法。首先,提出了面向领域的云制造业务流程定制框架;其次,构建了多粒度特征模型,实现了多样化需求的建模和表述,基于此,给出了制造业务流程定制算法;最后,基于面向电梯产业联盟的云制造服务平台,实现了不同粒度业务流程的定制,证明了所提方法的可行性和有效性。

【Abstract】 Under cloud manufacturing mode, cross-organizational manufacturing resources integration can be realized through virtualization and servitization of manufacturing business processes. Enterprises can customize personalized manufacturing business processes through cloud manufacturing platform, thereby conveniently build and manage online manufacturing business applications. However, current customization approaches of cloud manufacturing business process are difficult to meet the diversity needs of user function levels. Therefore, a cloud manufacturing business process customization approach based on multi-granularity feature models is proposed. Firstly, the domain-oriented cloud manufacturing business process customization framework is presented. Secondly, the multi-granularity feature models are constructed to model and describe diverse requirements, then the customization algorithm is proposed based on the multi-granularity feature models. Finally, based on the developed cloud manufacturing platform for the elevator industry alliance, manufacturing business process customization for different granularities is realized and thus the proposed approach is proved to be feasible and effective.
