35 kV XLPE电缆中间接头典型缺陷三维电场仿真分析

【摘要】 中低压电缆广泛应用于配电网,在安装运行过程中,电缆及其中间接头容易出现缺陷并对其绝缘造成破坏。为了研究不同缺陷对中间接头电场强度的影响,在SolidWorks中建立了35 kV XLPE电缆本体和中间接头的三维物理模型,设计了电缆中间接头存在气隙、杂质、割伤、划伤4种典型缺陷模型,并在CST Stdio三维电磁场软件中进行三维电场仿真,通过对比得出不同缺陷对电场强度的影响规律。结果表明,这4种缺陷都会引起不同程度的电场强度畸变,甚至导致绝缘击穿引发严重故障,对此给出相应的预防措施,为今后此类电缆中间接头故障的预防及处理提供参考。

【Abstract】 Medium and low voltage cables are widely used in distribution networks. The cables and joints are prone to be faulty and cause insulation damages. To study the impact of different defects on electric field strength of the joints, a three-dimensional physical model of a 35 kV XLPE cable body and the joint is established in SolidWorks; then, four typical defect models, such as air gap, impurity, cut and scratch are designed, and three-dimensional electric field simulation is carried out in three-dimensional electromagnetic field software CST Stdio. By comparison, the influence law of different defects on the electric field strength is obtained. The results show that these four defects will increase the electric field strength distortion of the cable joints and even lead to a serious failure caused by insulation breakdown. The preventive measures are given accordingly which provides a reference for the prevention and treatment of cable joint faults in the future.
