PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫对8个玉米种质种子萌发及活力的影响

【摘要】 以8个玉米种质为材料,采用不同浓度的PEG-6000浓度(ck、5%、10%、15%、20%)模拟干旱,研究干旱对玉米种子萌发的影响。结果表明,随着PEG浓度的升高,干旱程度越高,发芽率越低,苗长、主根长、不定根数越少;根冠比缓慢升高。抗旱性好的品种发芽率、主根长、苗长等指标也相对较高。8个品种中,P 16-R和P 287的种子耐旱性较强。

【Abstract】 In this paper,8 maize germplasms were used to investigate the effects of drought on maize seed germination under simulated drought at different concentrations of PEG-6000(ck,5%,10%,15%,20%).The results showed that there were higher the drought degree,lower germination rate,lesser seedling length,main root length,adventitious root with the increase of PEG concentration and the root-cap ratio rose slowly.The characteristics of germination rate,main root length and seedling length in the varieties with good drought resistance were also relatively high.Among the 8 cultivars studied in this study,the seeds of ‘P 16-R’ and ‘P 287’ had strong drought tolerance.
