【摘要】 本文论述了近年来国内外猪胚胎冷冻技术的研究历程,分析了玻璃化冷冻技术在猪胚胎冷冻实际应用中存在的问题。结合发现的问题和最新的研究进展,从玻璃化冷冻剂的改良、玻璃化冷冻流程的优化、玻璃化冷冻与多组学研究等3个方面对猪胚胎冷冻技术的研究进行展望,以期为猪胚胎冷冻技术的创新提供理论依据。更多还原
