miR-21通过调控IL-6表达水平参与脑卒中复发研究
Research of participation of miR-21 in stroke recurrence by regulating IL-6 expression level
【摘要】 目的探讨脑卒中患者血清IL-6和miR-21水平对预后的影响。方法选择急性脑梗死患者作为急性脑梗死组(ACI组)。对照组为同时期的正常健康体检者。双抗体夹心抗体酶联免疫吸附试验…(ELISA)法检测ACI组和对照组的血清IL-6和STAT3的表达水平。实时定量PCR检测ACI组和对照组血清中miR-21的含量。统计分析脑卒中患者血清IL-6、STAT3及miR-21水平与复发是否存在相关性。结果 ACI患者血清miR-21和IL-6水平在发病1d内迅速升高,两者波动趋势一致。miR-21和IL-6的峰值水平越高,ACI患者1年内复发率越高。结论 miR-21通过调控STAT3作用于IL-6的表达,与ACI患者的复发密切相关。
