深水钻井水下井口稳定性研究进展
Research progresses on subsea wellhead stability of deep water drilling
【摘要】 水下井口稳定性是影响深水浅层钻井作业安全的关键问题。总结了近年来国内外井口稳定性研究进展,主要分析了导管参数、土质性质、工程参数、环境载荷等因素对井口竖向、横向稳定性的影响,以及减少或避免出现井口稳定性问题而设计的水上防喷器系统、吸力桩井口基础装置、组合导管基础装置、导管承载力加强装置等特殊井口装置系统。本文研究成果可为我国深水钻井水下井口稳定性研究提供借鉴。
【Abstract】 The stability of subsea wellhead is a key factor affecting the shallow strata drilling safety of deep water regions. In this paper, the research progresses on wellhead stability of deep water drilling at home and abroad in recent years are reviewed. The effects of some parameters on the vertical and lateral stability of wellhead are discussed, including the conductor parameters, soil properties, engineering parameters and environmental load. Additionally, special wellhead devices are designed to mitigate or avoid the hazards of wellhead instability such as surface blowout preventer system, suction pile wellhead foundation, combined pipe foundation, and pipe bearing capacity strengthening device are introduced and evaluated. The research results in this paper can serve as a reference for the study of subsea wellhead stability in deep water drilling in China.
