【摘要】 乳痛症是30～50岁妇女关于乳腺疾病最常见的就诊原因,其中10%～20%的患者遭受严重的乳腺疼痛。患者主要担心其为乳腺癌的首发症状和恶变,且重度乳腺疼痛严重影响患者的生活质量,但是乳痛症的病因不详,且治疗暂未统一。本文主要围绕乳痛症的病因、分类、恶变率、诊断及治疗作一综述,期望为临床医师对乳腺疼痛的诊断及治疗提供一定的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mastalgia is the most commonly medical cause of breast diseases among women aged 30-50 years, and 10%-20% patients suffer from severe mastalgia. Patients are mainly concerned about mastalgia as the first symptom of breast cancer and fear of malignant changes, and severe mastalgia seriously affects the quality of their life. However, the etiologies of mastalgia are not well-known, and there are no unified treatments for mastalgia. In summary, this article mainly focuses on the etiologies, classification, risk of malignant changes, diagnosis and treatment of mastalgia, and provides reference for diagnosis and treatment of mastalgia.更多还原
