【摘要】 目的:探讨分析口腔鳞癌(Oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)Survivin蛋白表达的临床意义和与其细胞增殖指标的相关性。方法:筛选106例OSCC肿瘤手术切除后标本,免疫组化方法检测Survivin蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原(Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen,PCNA)表达情况,SPSS17.0软件统计分析。结果:①74例(69.81%)OSCC组织表达Survivin,显著高于正常口腔黏膜组织(P<0.01)。PCNA标记指数(PCNA Label index,PLI)平均值为(55.01±22.02)%。②Survivin的表达与OSCC出现淋巴结转移及病理分级和TNM分期有明显相关性(P<0.01)。③Survivin与PCNA的表达明显相关(P<0.01)。结论:①Survivin蛋白表达量可做为一个OSCC预后效果的有效指标。②Survivin具有促进OSCC细胞增殖的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study investigate the clinical significance of survivin expression in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) and its correlation with proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA). Methods: A total of 106 OSCC tumor specimens were screened out, and the expression of survivin protein and Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen(PCNA) was detected by immunohistochemical method. SPSS17.0 software statistical analysis was performed. Results: ① Positive Survivin were detected in 74(69.81%) patients with OSCC, significantly higher than those in normal oral mucous group(P<0.01). PCNA labelling index(PLI) average value was(55.01±22.02)%.②The expression of survivin was closely related to the degree of tumor differentiation、lymph node metastasis and clinical stage(P<0.01). ③ There was a significant correlation between Survivin and PCNA expression(P<0.01). Conclusion: The expression of survivin is closely related to the clinicopathological characteristics of OSCC, which can be used as an effective index for the prognosis of OSCC. ②Survivin can promote the proliferation of OSCC cells.更多还原
