【摘要】 目的分析康复新液在治疗口腔正畸慢性牙龈炎方面起到的临床疗效。方法将2018年1月至2019年12月在本院接受治疗的90例慢性牙龈炎正畸患者作为本次研究的主要对象,然后按照数字随机法将其划分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组采用常规牙龈清洁术进行治疗,观察组在此基础上加用康复新液进行治疗。治疗结束后比较两组患者的临床疗效和牙龈肿胀、牙龈疼痛情况,判断康复新液起到的治疗效果。结果本次研究结果表明,在临床有效率上,观察组的治疗总有效率达到了95.6%,而对照组的治疗总有效率只有80.0%,数据差异显著,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在牙龈肿胀情况方面,观察组的I级人数要更多,III级人数要更少,在牙龈疼痛数据方面,观察组的I级人数同样多于对照组,III级人数少于对照组,肿胀和疼痛情况控制良好,两组数据差异对比P<0.05。结论康复新液能够有效地减轻口腔正畸患者的疼痛感,并且减轻肿胀程度,在口腔正畸慢性牙龈炎方面的疗效显著,具有临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyzed clinical effect of Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment of chronic orthodontic gingivitis.Methods Choose 90 cases of orthodontic patients with chronic gingivitis in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 as main objects of the study,randomLy divided them into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.Control group was treated with conventional gingival cleaning surgery,and observation group with Kangfuxin Liquid on the basis of control group.After treatment,compared clinical effect gingival swelling and gingival pain of two groups to diagnose therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin Liquid.Results Study showed that clinical effective rate,total effective rate of observation group was 95.6%,while that of control group was only 80.0%,with significant difference (P<0.05);gingival swelling,numbers of grade I patients in observation group were more than control group,and number of grade III patients in observation group were more than control group,and numbers of patients in grade III were less than control group,difference between two groups showed P<0.05.Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid can effectively reduce pain of orthodontic patients,and degree of swelling,with significant effect in treatment of chronic gingivitis.更多还原
