【摘要】 目的研究彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓的价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在本院接受下肢深静脉血栓检查的80例患者为研究对象,均给予80例患者进行彩色多普勒超声诊断(告知患者为空腹状态下检查→协助患者选取仰卧位进行髂外静脉、股前静脉、股浅静脉、股深静脉、股总静脉、以及大隐静脉检查→协助患者改变为俯卧位进行胫后静脉、小隐静脉、腘静脉以及腓静脉检查→检查过程中详细观察患者的血管内部情况、血流情况、充盈情况→最后通过二维成像检查患者的血管血栓情况),观察并分析彩色多普勒超声诊断的结果。结果经彩色多普勒超声诊断,检出77例下肢深静脉血栓,共90条病肢,其中,动脉轻度狭窄10例,中度狭窄40例,重度狭窄25例,闭塞15例;彩色多普勒超声诊断的灵敏度为98.65%,特异度为66.67%。结论采用彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓能有效检出患者血栓位置,具有较高的检出率,能为患者的临床治疗提高可靠的依据,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.Methods 80 patients who underwent deep vein thrombosis examination in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research object,and 80 patients were all given color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis (inform the patient to be examined under fasting state → Assist the patient to choose the supine position for external iliac vein,anterior femoral vein,superficial femoral vein,deep femoral vein,common femoral vein,and great saphenous vein → assist the patient to change to prone position for posterior tibial vein,small saphenous vein,popliteal vein and Peroneal vein examination → detailed observation of the patient’s vascular internal conditions,blood flow,and filling conditions during the examination → Finally,the patient’s vascular thrombosis is checked by two-dimensional imaging),and the results of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis are observed and analyzed.Results By color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis,77 cases of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities were detected,a total of 90 diseased legs,including 10 cases of mild arterial stenosis,40 cases of moderate stenosis,25 cases of severe stenosis,and 15 cases of occlusion;color The sensitivity of Doppler ultrasound diagnosis was 98.65%,and the specificity was 66.67%.Conclusion Diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities by color Doppler ultrasound can effectively detect the location of thrombus in patients,has a high detection rate,and can improve the reliable basis for the clinical treatment of patients.更多还原
