【摘要】 目的探讨对难治性肺炎支原体肺炎(RMPP),在不同时机使用纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术的治疗效果。方法选取本院2018年1月至2019年3月收治的48例RMPP患儿为研究对象,根据术前病程分成早期组(术前病程<10 d,26例)与晚期组(术前病程≥10 d,22例),两组均使用红霉素与纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术治疗,比较两组患儿术后1个月病灶吸收情况及症状缓解情况。结果观察组(早期组)患儿病灶总吸收率为96.15%,明显高于对照组72.73%的总吸收率(P<0.05);观察组患儿在退热时间、胸部影像学好转时间、咳嗽缓解时间及住院时间上均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对RMPP,尽早开展纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术,可促进病灶吸收,促进患儿症状改善及缩短住院时间,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore curative effect of bronchoscope alveolar lavage for refractory mycoplasma pneumonia (RMPP) with different timing.Methods We chose 48 cases of RMPP children admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 as research objects,divided them into early group (preoperative course of disease <10d,26 cases) and late group (preoperative course of disease ≥ 10 days,22 cases),both groups were treated with erythromycin and fiberoptic bronchoscopy alveolar lavage.Compared absorption of lesions and symptom relief between two groups at 1 month after surgery.Results Total absorption rate of lesions in observation group was 96.15%,significantly higher than 72.73% in control group (P<0.05);The observation group had shorter antipyretic time,chest imaging improving time,cough relief time,and hospital stay than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Fiberbronchoscope alveolar lavage can be carried out as soon as possible,which can promote lesions absorption of RMPP,promote symptoms improvement and shorten length of stay,which is worthy of promotion.更多还原
