【摘要】 目的研究对老年痴呆(AD)患者给予奥氮平和喹硫平治疗精神行为障碍的效果。方法于本院AD患者中随机抽取66例,分成两组,对照组给予喹硫平联合多奈哌齐,观察组给予奥氮平联合多奈哌齐,对比两组治疗效果以及不良反应。结果经本文研究,观察组治疗总有效率28例(84.8%)。观察组治疗后BEHAVE-AD(7.34±2.46)分,与对照组对比,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组嗜睡1例(3.0%),无其他反应,与对照组对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论奥氮平和喹硫平在治疗AD患者时,可达到同等效果,但奥氮平不良反应显著少于喹硫平,可取得更理想治疗效果,用药安全性更高,在临床上推广应用可提高治疗安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of olanzapine and quetiapine in the treatment of mental and behavioral disorders in patients with dementia (AD).Methods 66 patients were randomly selected from AD patients in our hospital and divided into two groups.The control group was given quetiapine combined with donepezil,and the observation group was given olanzapine combined with donepezil.The treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After the study in this article,the total effective rate of treatment in observation group was 28 cases (84.8%).The score of BEHAVE-AD (7.34±2.46) after treatment in the observation group was not statistically significant compared with the control group (P>0.05).One case of drowsiness in the observation group (3.0%) had no other reactions.Compared with the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Olanzapine and quetiapine can achieve the same effect in treating AD patients,but the adverse reactions of olanzapine are significantly less than that of quetiapine,which can achieve a more ideal therapeutic effect,have higher drug safety,and be widely used in clinical May improve treatment safety.更多还原
