【摘要】 目的 探讨PDCA循环管理模式对无痛消化内镜护理风险的应用效果。方法 选取2018年10月至2018年12月在本院进行消化内镜无痛检查的98例病人作为对照组,给予常规护理措施;2019年1月本科室开展了PDCA循环管理模式,选取2019年2月至2019年4月进行消化内镜无痛检查的98例病人作为研究组。通过对比两组病人干预前后各项生理指标的变化,比较两组病人的护理质量。结果 经对比观察,研究组病人各项生理指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 消化内镜中心运用PDCA循环管理模式能够使护理质量获得整体提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation management mode in nursing risk of painless digestive endoscopy.Methods From October 2018 to December 2018,98 patients who underwent painless endoscopy examination in our hospital were selected as the control group and given routine nursing measures.In January 2019,PDCA circulation management mode was carried out in our department,and 98 patients who underwent painless endoscopy examination from February 2019 to April 2019 were selected as the study group.By comparing the changes of physiological indexes of the two groups before and after the intervention,the nursing quality of the two groups was compared.Results The physiological indexes of the patients in the study group were better than those in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Using PDCA circulation management mode in digestive endoscopy center can improve nursing quality as a whole.更多还原
