超声乳化+人工晶体植入联合房角分离术与小梁切除术治疗急性闭角型青光眼并发白内障疗效分析
Analysis of Phacoemulsification+Intraocular Lens Implantation combined with Angle Separation and Trabeculectomy for Acute Angle-closure Glaucoma Complicated with Cataract
【摘要】 目的研究急性闭角型青光眼并发白内障开展声乳化+人工晶体植入联合房角分离术与小梁切除术治疗的价值。方法取2017年05月至2019年03月接收72例急性闭角型青光眼并发白内障患者研究以随机法分为2组,对照组(n=36超声乳化+人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术),试验组(n=36超声乳化+人工晶体植入联合房角分离术),对比临床疗效、临床指标。结果术后最佳矫正视力相比(P<0.05),两组间术后前房深度比较(P<0.05),两组术后前房深度与术前相比均有明显增加(P<0.05);两组间术前及术后前房深度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组术后前房深度与术前相比均有明显增加(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率明显比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(x~2=4.18006,P=0.0409)。结论急性闭角型青光眼并发白内障患者实施超声乳化+人工晶体植入联合房角分离术对降低眼压、改善视力效果理想。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy for acute angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract.Methods From 2017.05 to 2019.03,72 patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group (n=36 phacoemulsification + intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy),and the test group (n=36 phacoemulsification + intraocular lens implantation combined with angle-of-atrial separation) to compare clinical efficacy and clinical indicators.Results Compared with the postoperative best corrected visual acuity(P<0.05),the postoperative anterior chamber depth comparison between the two groups (P<0.05),the postoperative anterior chamber depth of the two groups was compared with that before operation.There was a significant increase (P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the anterior chamber depth between the two groups before and after surgery (P>0.05).All of them increased significantly (P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (x~2=4.18006,P=0.0409).Conclusion Implementation of acute angle closure glaucoma complicated with cataract Phacoemulsification + intraocular lens implantation combined with angle separation is ideal for reducing intraocular pressure and improving vision.
