【摘要】 目的研究急性闭角型青光眼并发白内障开展声乳化+人工晶体植入联合房角分离术与小梁切除术治疗的价值。方法取2017年05月至2019年03月接收72例急性闭角型青光眼并发白内障患者研究以随机法分为2组,对照组(n=36超声乳化+人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术),试验组(n=36超声乳化+人工晶体植入联合房角分离术),对比临床疗效、临床指标。结果术后最佳矫正视力相比(P<0.05),两组间术后前房深度比较(P<0.05),两组术后前房深度与术前相比均有明显增加(P<0.05);两组间术前及术后前房深度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组术后前房深度与术前相比均有明显增加(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率明显比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(x~2=4.18006,P=0.0409)。结论急性闭角型青光眼并发白内障患者实施超声乳化+人工晶体植入联合房角分离术对降低眼压、改善视力效果理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy for acute angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract.Methods From 2017.05 to 2019.03,72 patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group (n=36 phacoemulsification + intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy),and the test group (n=36 phacoemulsification + intraocular lens implantation combined with angle-of-atrial separation) to compare clinical efficacy and clinical indicators.Results Compared with the postoperative best corrected visual acuity(P<0.05),the postoperative anterior chamber depth comparison between the two groups (P<0.05),the postoperative anterior chamber depth of the two groups was compared with that before operation.There was a significant increase (P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the anterior chamber depth between the two groups before and after surgery (P>0.05).All of them increased significantly (P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (x~2=4.18006,P=0.0409).Conclusion Implementation of acute angle closure glaucoma complicated with cataract Phacoemulsification + intraocular lens implantation combined with angle separation is ideal for reducing intraocular pressure and improving vision.更多还原
