【摘要】 目的研究中西医结合治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法选取2018年9月至2019年9月期间本院内收治的92例腹泻患儿进行分析研究,采用随机综合序惯法将其分为观察组与参照组,每组患儿为46例,对参照组实施常规西医治疗,对观察组实施中西医结合治疗,对比两组的临床疗效以及病情恢复时间。结果在临床疗效方面进行对比,观察组显著优于参照组(P<0.05);在病情恢复时间上对比,观察组显著优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论中西结合治疗方式治疗小儿腹泻效果显著,可以有效的控制患儿病情,促进患儿正常排便,且安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine on diarrhea in children.Methods To choose in September 2018 to September 2019 treated in this hospital during the period of research and analyze 92 cases of children with diarrhea,by using the method will be used to comprehensive random sequence is divided into observation group and control group,each group of children for 46 cases,implement routine western medicine treatment for control group,the observation group implementation of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,compared two groups of clinical curative effect and recovery time.Results In terms of clinical efficacy,the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).In terms of the recovery time,the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chinese and western therapy is effective in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.更多还原
