【摘要】 目的分析在复杂性腰椎间盘突出症治疗中短杠杆微调手法治疗所取得的临床治疗效果。方法选取于2018年8月至2019年7月在医院中进行复杂性腰椎间盘突出症治疗的患者共108例,随机分组法将患者分成2组,每组各54例。对照组采用非特异性长杠杆手术,观察组采用短杠杆微调治疗手法。结果治疗后,观察组VAS及ODI评分低于对照组,治疗有效率对比观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论短杠杆微调手法作为一种安全经济及操作简便的治疗方法 ,在复杂性腰椎间盘突出症治疗中取得了突出的临床治疗效果,有助于帮助患者快速恢复关节功能,改善患者的疼痛感,促进患者生活质量的提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of short-lever fine-tuning in the treatment of complex lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 108 patients with complex lumbar disc herniation were selected from August 2018 to July 2019. The patients were randomly divided into two groups with 54 patients in each group. The control group was treated with non-specific long lever operation, while the observation group was treated with short lever fine tuning. Results After treatment, the scores of VAS and ODI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion As a safe, economical and simple treatment method, short lever fine tuning manipulation has achieved the clinical effect of protruding in the treatment of complex lumbar disc herniation, which is helpful to help patients recover joint function quickly, improve the pain of patients and promote the quality of life of patients.更多还原
