五轴联动机床几何误差一次装卡测量方法
Single Setup Identification Method of Geometric Errors for Rotary Axes on Five-axis Machine Tools
【摘要】 面向单摆头-单转台五轴联动机床的特殊结构,以提高测量效率为目的,提出了一种旋转轴几何误差一次装卡测量方法。这种结构的五轴联动机床包含了两条运动链,而新方法利用一次装卡到位的触发式测头和试件分别对这两条运动链的位姿误差进行了连贯的测量,然后用分别建立的辨识模型求解对应旋转轴的几何误差,最后通过对比几何误差补偿前后的定位精度,对辨识结果进行了验证。这种新方法避免了传统方法中测量设备的多次装卡,能够显著提高测量效率,同时也保证了测量精度。
【Abstract】 To improve the identification efficiency on five-axis machine tools with a tilting head and rotary table which have special structures, this paper proposes a single setup identification method for rotary axes geometric errors. This kind of configuration has two kinematic chains. The pose error of each kinematic chain is measured separately but continuously based on single setup of a touch-trigger probe and a test piece, and then 12 geometric errors of 2 rotary axes are calculated by using 2 identification models. Validation of the identified values is also provided. This method avoids the multiple setups of measuring instruments which are widely employed in previous researches, so the identification efficiency can be improved significantly by using this single setup measuring method.
