基于FDM彩色3D打印自适应控制系统的设计
The Control System of Color 3D Printing Based on FDM
【摘要】 随着3D打印技术愈发普及,市面上现有的基于混合多丝的彩色3D打印机因存在颜色库不全、混合颜色分辨率不高等缺陷而无法满足广大需求,为解决这一问题,提出了搅拌混色、实时调色和适宜温度场的综合方案。采用基于CMY-KW(红、黄、蓝、黑、白)调色原理自组开发设计的"五进一出"搅拌喷头;基于改变PWM输出占空比,实现步进电机的速度自由切换的原理搭建配套控制系统;基于调整PWM输出占空比改变多个风扇转速的原理,构建适宜稳定空间温度场,并对温度场进行仿真,以便观察和对比打印效果;通过打印实验,验证搅拌混色的可行性、控制系统的有效性和适宜温度场的优化性。该实验完成了彩色3D打印,为彩色3D打印技术的研究提供了一种新的解决方案。
【Abstract】 With the increasing popularity of 3 D printer technology, colorful 3 D printers based on mixed multi-filaments in the market cannot meet the general needs due to the defects of incomplete color library and low resolution of mixed color. In order to solve this problem, a comprehensive scheme of color mixing, real-time color mixing and appropriate temperature field was proposed. "Five in one out" mixing nozzle is developed and designed based on the principle of CMY-KW(red, yellow, blue, black and white). Based on the change of output PWM duty ratio, the realization of the principle of stepping motor speed switch freely method build form a complete set of control system; Based on adjusting the output PWM duty cycle change the principle of multiple fan speed, stable build suitable space temperature field, and the temperature field simulation, in order to observe and compare the print effect; Through printing experiments, the feasibility of color mixing, the effectiveness of the control system and the optimization of the appropriate temperature field were verified.This experiment completes colorful 3 D printer, which provides a new solution for the research of colorful 3 D printer technology.
