【摘要】 目的介绍一种模拟血液透析中心静脉导管通路再循环实验设计,探讨其在血液透析护理培训中的应用效果。方法设计实验演示中心静脉导管在血液透析治疗时将动脉、静脉端正向及反向连接的再循环情况,并应用于临床培训中,检验护士的知识掌握程度及教学效果。结果实验演示后理论成绩比演示前得分高,差异有统计学意义(t=18.779,P<0.001),并且护士对实验演示的满意度较高。结论模拟中心静脉导管通路再循环实验演示能够有效地辅助教学,获得较好的教学效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce an experiment for simulating the recirculation of central venous catheter in hemodialysis and explore the effect of its application in nurse education. Methods To design an experiment that demonstrate the recirculation of central venous catheter connected in standard and reverse configuration during hemodialysis treatment,and then test the teaching effect by examining the knowledge mastery of nurses. Results The scores after the experimental demonstration were higher than these before the demonstration,and the difference was statistically significant(t=18.779,P<0.001). Conclusion Experimental demonstration can effectively assist teaching and get better teaching effect.更多还原
