【摘要】 目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间医院消毒供应中心外来医疗器械精准管理方案运行状况,为传染病流行期外来医疗器械的安全管理提供依据。方法按照国家、省市级卫健委《关于做好新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗和防控工作的通知》及要求,迅速制订医院消毒供应中心外来医疗器械管理制度、处理流程、应急预案,实行专人专岗管理。结果外来医疗器械在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间能有效追踪使用和转运环节,降低外来医疗器械转运中的病毒扩散风险;提升外来医疗器械供应人员紧急状态下感染风险防控意识。结论精准施策指导下的医院医疗外来医疗器械管理方案实用性强,保障了医疗器械安全供应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Explore the operation status of the precise management plan for loanerin hospital disinfection and supply centers during the prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019,and provide a basis for the safe management of loanerduring the epidemic of infectious diseases. Methods According to the National,Provincial and Municipal Health and Health Commission’s "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Diagnosis,Treatment and Prevention of Coronavirus Disease 2019" and requirements,quickly formulate the loaner management system,processing flow,emergency plan of in the hospital disinfection supply center,and the administration of special posts for special personnel shall be implemented. Results Loaner can effectively track the use and transshipment during the prevention and control of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic. Reduce the risk of virus spread in the transfer of loaner,to enhance the awareness of infection risk prevention and control among loaner suppliers in emergency. Conclusion Under the guidance of precise policy implementation,the management scheme of medical devices from other places in the hospital is practical,which ensures the safe supply of medical devices.更多还原
