【摘要】 目的总结我院4例疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎患者行急诊手术时,手术室启动紧急绿色通道,运用科学防控、严格落实感控措施等系列应急管理方案应用的经验。方法构建手术室应急人员管理体系,编制新型冠状病毒肺炎患者应急手术指引,反复培训,实地情景模拟演练等方案对疑似患者急诊手术实施护理配合。结果对疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎患者急诊手术时实施应急管理方案,有序、高效、安全地保障了手术顺利完成,患者术后均无外科并发症发生;且无一例医务人员交叉感染。结论手术护理配合的应急管理方案可以降低新型冠状病毒肺炎急诊手术时的相关感染的风险,是保障手术顺利完成的重要手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Summarized 4 patients with suspected coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) underwent emergency surgery in our hospital,the operating room started emergency green channel,and a series of emergency management strategies. Methods setting up operating room emergency personnel management system,preparing emergency surgery guidance of patients who have got COVID-19,trainings repetitively andarranging nursing coordinative simulation exercises. Results Application of emergency management scheme on surgeries of suspected patients,which were used to ensure the smooth completion of the operation in an orderly,efficient and safe manner,successfully ensure no Surgical complications on patients and cross infection on medicial staff. Conclusion The emergency management can reduce the risk of infection of COVID-19,and can be an important approach to ensure surgery accomplishment.更多还原
