【摘要】 目的介绍某市级三级甲等综合医院在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,项目管理理论在护理人力资源应急调配中的应用经验。方法运用项目管理理论,成立护理人力资源调配应急管理组,对全院护理单元人力资源进行重新整合,在保证病区护理质量和安全的条件下选拔符合条件的护理人员,完成专项培训、考核及心理测评合格后组成疫情防控应急队伍,快速组建传染病区并投入使用。结果 2020年1月21日—2月8日,护理人力资源调配175人次;123名应急后备人员总的培训考核合格率为96.09%;全院各病区护理人员配置符合国家相关要求,无护理纠纷及差错事故发生;传染病区、发热门诊、预检分诊护理服务质量落实率分别为91.54%、95.00%、93.46%,护理人员行为规范管理落实率分别为93.85%、91.03%、85.90%。结论项目管理理论为疫情防控期间的护理人力资源应急调配奠定了基础,取得了较好的效果,也可为其他医院应对突发疫情的护理人力资源调配提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the experience of emergency manpower deployment of nursing based on project management theory during the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in a city-level and tertiary-level general hospital. Methods Using project management theory,an emergency management team of nursing manpower development was set up to reintegrate the human resources of the hospital,select qualified nursing staff under the conditions of ensuring the nursing quality and safety of the unit. After complete special training,assessment and pass the psychological evaluation,an epidemic prevention and control emergency team will be formed quickly and set up an infectious disease area and put it into use. Results From January 21 st to February 9 th,2020,the deployment of nursing human resources reached 175 person-times;Passing rate of training of 123 emergency reserve personnel was 96.09%;the nursing staffing configuration in each ward of the hospital met the relevant national requirements. And there is no nursing disputes or errors occurred in each ward;the implementation rates of nursing service quality in the infectious disease area,fever clinics,Pre-test triage was 91.54%,95.00%,and 93.46% respectively,and the implementation rates of nursing staff behavior norms was 93.85%,91.03%,and 85.90% respectively.Conclusion The project management theory has laid the foundation for the emergency manpower deployment of nursing during epidemic prevention and control,and has achieved good results. It can also provide a reference for other hospitals to respond to sudden outbreaks.更多还原
