人工耳蜗植入手术机器人研究之我见

【摘要】 人工耳蜗植入术作为治疗感音神经性聋的重要治疗手段迄今已发展了40余年,手术机器人的发展促进了各专业领域手术术式的革新。本文通过概述近年国内外手术机器人在人工耳蜗植入术中的发展现状及应用情况,分析了人工耳蜗植入手术机器人研究和应用中的优势与不足,并讨论了其可能的改进方式及面对的挑战。针对国内外的工作进展,结合本团队的前期工作,对国内人工耳蜗手术机器人的的快速健康发展,提出了本团队的研究方向和设计思路,强调了精度控制、规划和导航、术中安全监控在人工耳蜗植入手术机器人研究中的应用和意义。

【Abstract】 Cochlear implantation is an important treatment for sensorineural deafness with a history of over 40 years. Nowadays, advances in robotic surgery have greatly pushed forward the innovation of surgical procedures in various fields. In this paper, we reviewed the status of development and application of robotic surgical systems for cochlear implantation both at home and abroad, discussing their strengths and disadvantages in research and clinical application,as well as future improvement and challenges faced. Based on existing works by us and others, we laid out directions and ideas for future research, emphasizing on the application and significance of precision control, planning, navigation and intra-operative safety monitoring in the research of robotic cochlear implantation.
