【摘要】 目的:观察疏肝散结汤联合安珂微创手术治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎肿块期的临床疗效。方法:选取非哺乳期乳腺炎肿块期患者69例,按随机数字表法分为3组,A组25例,B组23例,C组21例,其中A组予疏肝散结汤、抗生素及安珂微创手术,B组予疏肝散结汤、抗生素及传统肿块切除手术,C组予抗生素及安珂微创手术,观察3组患者的总治愈时间、术后愈合时间、术后疼痛程度、瘢痕长度、乳房外观改变及复发率等情况。结果:A组总治愈时间、术后愈合时间、术后疼痛程度、瘢痕长度、乳房外观改变均优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组的复发率无明显差异(P>0.05)。A组总治愈时间、复发率均优于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组术后愈合时间、术后疼痛程度、瘢痕长度、乳房外观改变评分与C组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:疏肝散结汤联合安珂微创手术治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎肿块期安全有效,且具有创伤小、恢复快、复发率低的优点,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Sanjie decoction combined with Encor minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of non-puerperal mastitis in mass stage. Methods Selecting the non-puerperal mastitis in mass stage patients of 69 cases, we divided them into group A, group B and group C according to random number table method. 25 cases in group A, 23 cases in group B and 21 cases in group C. Group A was treated with Shugan Sanjie decoction, antibiotics and Encor minimally invasive surgery. Group B was treated with Shugan Sanjie decoction, antibiotics and traditional excision surgery. Group C was treated with antibiotics and Encor minimally invasive surgery. Patients were observed with total healing time, healing time after operation, pain degree after operation, scar length, appearance change of breast and the recurrence rate. Results Group A was superior to group B in terms of total healing time, healing time after operation, pain degree after operation, scar length, appearance change of breast, which with significant differences(P < 0.05). But there were no significant differences in recurrence rate(P > 0.05). The total healing time and recurrence rate of group A were better than that of group C, which with significant differences(P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in healing time after operation, pain degree after operation, scar length, appearance change of breast between group A and group C(P > 0.05). Conclusion Shugan Sanjie decoction combined with Encor minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of non-puerperal mastitis is safe and effective. It has the advantages of less trauma, faster recovery, and lower recurrence rate, which is worthy of promotion.更多还原
