【摘要】 目的:探讨加味四黄膏外敷辅助治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选择84例急性痛风性关节炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组患者在饮食调护的基础上口服依托考昔和非布司他治疗。观察组在对照组基础上予加味四黄膏外敷治疗,均连续治疗5天。比较两组患者的临床症状评分(关节疼痛、关节肿胀、关节肤温)以及临床综合疗效。结果:治疗后第2、3、4天,观察组关节疼痛VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后第3、4、5天,观察组关节肿胀及关节肤温评分也明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组总有效率为92.86%,明显高于对照组(73.81%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者均未出现关节局部药物过敏反应。结论:加味四黄膏外敷辅助治疗有助于缓解急性痛风性关节炎的临床症状,提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of external application of modified Sihuang ointment in the adjuvant treatment of acute gouty arthritis. Methods 84 patients with acute gouty arthritis were selected as the study object. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, and 42 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with etoricoxib and febuxost on the basis of diet care. The observation group was treated with external application of modified Sihuang ointment on the basis of the control group for 5 days. The clinical symptom scores(joint pain, joint swelling, joint skin temperature) and the comprehensive clinical effect between the two groups were compared. Results The clinical symptom scores of the two groups after treatment showed that the VAS scores of joint pain in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group on the 2 nd, 3 rd and 4 th day after treatment, which the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). On the 3 rd, 4 th and 5 th day after treatment, the joint swelling and skin temperature scores of the observation group were also significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.81%)(P<0.05). The patients in the observation group had no local drug allergy in joint. Conclusion The external application of modified Sihuang ointment is helpful to relieve the clinical symptoms of acute gouty arthritis and improve the clinical efficacy.更多还原
